Dr. Carly Gossard PT, DPT, OCS, PRPC

Carly's journey into pelvic floor physical therapy has been an inspiration from family, friends and patients alike. Early in her career, she quickly acknowledged there was a missing link in treating her pregnant, postpartum and menopausal patients.

A chance discussion with her own doctor encouraged her to begin her continued training and she hasn't looked back since.

Carly utilizes a wide array of manual techniques, breath training, postural reeducation and therapeutic exercise to decrease pain and improve function. A lifelong lover of movement, dance and fitness, she appreciates the mind body connection and treats every patient using a holistic approach.

Carly is a Teaching Assistant for the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a certified Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist through the Fit for Birth Method. Carly most recently earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and is a board certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. She is a member of the Women's Health Section of the APTA and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.

Suzanne’s interest in pelvic floor physical therapy started soon after graduating from New York Medical College. Suzanne began working in an outpatient clinic focusing on orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports related injuries. During this time, she realized the importance of addressing the pelvic floor when treating her patients and developed a pelvic floor program specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care.

Suzanne uses her well rounded background in orthopedics and pelvic floor physical therapy to treat each patient with an individualized, multi-dimensional treatment program. She is dedicated to providing an inclusive and comfortable environment for patients to begin their healing journey.  Suzanne loves being physically active and encourages a healthy, well rounded lifestyle for all her patients.

Suzanne received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY.  She is a Teaching Assistant for the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a certified Graston Technique Specialist. Suzanne has taken extensive continuing education coursework through Herman and Wallace and is preparing to take the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) this Spring.
